Oil, 1/4 Cup
Corn, 2 Cups
Mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons
Cheese, 2 Ounces
Hot Cheetos
Lime, 1 Lime
Directions

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons mayaonnaise
  • 2 ounces cheese of your choice
  • Hot Cheetos, crumbled
  • 1 lime (juiced)

 

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-low.
  2. Add corn to pan and cook until softened.
  3. Add mayonnaise to pan and mix with corn.
  4. Remove from heat and top with cheese, lime juice, and Cheeto dust.
  5. Optional: garnish with cilantro.
